Development Controls

Maximum Height: 15m apart from land within 30 m of the Mangere Gateway Heritage Route, which shall be determined though the comprehensive development plan process in accordance with rule 17.13.11

Yard facing Oruarangi: 100% landscaping for first 10 m setback. 40% max building coverage for the next 20 m.

Other Roads: 5m setback
